We are planning our 2010 Beach Club Vacation

We are planning to book for May 2010 at Beachclub. We are planning for 2 two bedrooms and a studio. We will be a group of 16. 10 adults and 6 children. Its our family vacation, this time with all the adult children and their children.

Since we have to two resorts contracts we will wait for the 7 months out to book reservations.

We want to do the disney cruise in 2012 with all three years of points. They will cover the adults and they will have to pay for the kids.

Sounds like a good plan! I was going to say book at the 11th month window & then switch at 7 months to be sure you have something but then I read again that you have 2 separate contracts. Good luck & I hope you get what you need!

Are your contracts two separate master contracts (under their own member #s?).

In case you didn't know, you will have to transfer points from one to the other in order to use them for a single night reservation.

But, if they are just two different resorts, but under the same member #, then you could use any BCV resort points at 11 months to secure some of your reservations and then add the rest at 7 months.

Of course, if the neither resort is BCV, then your plan is exactly what you need to do!!!
