Thanks everyone. It is a pretty stripped contract. No points for this year and less then half for next - but the price was right, the use year was right, the resort was right and we really didn't NEED all the points for next year so we are happy with it. We are really trying to slowly amass all the points we will need to take our daughters families with us every other year - when they have their own families that is. Believe me - it is a purely selfish thing. lol

I really hope we close earlier than 2 months - I am not a very patient person.

not yet. DH has his doctoral graduation/hooding ceremony yesterday. Was kind of hoping that when I logged on today I would see great news in my email to make this week even better. Can't complain though - I didn't get bad news so I will take no news.

Having just went through this unpleasant experience, I can tell you it is likely earlier than the 30 day mark. We sent our offer to disney for ROFR on June 20th and were notified on July 13th that they took it.
