the end of August beginning of Sept. We are moving to a three bedroom apartment. that has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer hookup and a pool. (Which the apartment we are in now doesnt have any of those things.) The new place has 1,300 square feet and the one we are in now is only two bedrooms and 900 square feet.

And get this the rent is the same..

Good luck with the move! I went for 16yrs married with no dishwasher or washer dryer hookup until we bought our house 4 yrs ago. Never want to be without them again. Sounds like you found a great bargain with so much more space and amenities for the same money.
