We were done eating around 10am.
Yeah, we were so hungry we kind of shoved the food into our mouths. As we were leaving the restaurant, I called mom and found out she was on her way.
We went to the front of the park and waited for her.
When she arrived, we shopped a bit and wanted to go and order the picnic in the park I had read about. You could get chicken with sides, but you had to order hours before.
I asked a few CMs and no one knew what I was talking about. Finally, I was directed to Beastly bazaar to find out they no longer offered hot picnics. Only sandwiches were offered now. We were really disapointed since we didn't want sandwiches. We decided to forget about it, and figure out later what to eat.
We went to Rafikis planet watch and did the rainforest audio thing. It was nice and calming. And at the same time sad since you hear them destroy it.
After that, I decided to get a photo with Jiminy.
If you look on the left, there's a man in a blue t-shirt. Well that's my dad. He thought it was funny to "intrude" my picture.
After that, we tried to catch the 1pm showing of Finding Nemo the musical. After being in line for 5 min, we were told to come back at 3pm.
By that time we were starting to be hot and miserable. We later found out it was around 105f.
We decided to take a break and go back to the hotel.
We ate at the hotel and napped. Boy that was a welcomed break.
At 6pm, my mom and I decided to go to Downtown Disney.
We had to wait a while before a bus finally came.
We started with world of memories, followed by Art of Disney and the Christmas shop.
Of course, it was still super hot outside, so I went and got myself a pink Glacier at Goofy's and met up with mom at the Pantry.
After that I hit Once upon a toy, Tren-d, World of Disney, and finally Ghirardelli.
Now let me tell you. Around 8pm-9pm that place is PACKED! We could barely move. That is why we decided to take our order to go.
We took our milkshakes and sat between Ghirardelli and World of Disney. It was nice and cooler than during the day.
We took the bus back and the ride took forever. Turns out there was construction going on, so we hit traffic for a while. We even watched the MK fireworks in the bus lol
We finally got to the resort. Watched tv, and read a bit. By midnight, I was in bed.

I'm a breakfast eater and hungry right away when I wake up in the morning, I would have been MISERABLE!! And what a hot day in AK, it's already so hot there, 105!
