I am very excited. It has been a while since we went and this will be our first tip being able to take all my kids ( my two oldest are from a previous marriage. We finally got full custody last summer and can now take them out of state for vacations 
). We had been looking off and on and trying to decide if this trip is something that we could afford at this point and on Aug 30 I noticed the free dinning. We looked and liked the price, but my husband may have a change in off days due to things going on at work. I called Disney and they where supper nice and explained to me how I could change the dates and just pay the difference if we could not come in Nov. So I booked it. I then looked online at southwest and they had flights for the time we booked for only 59 dollars. I called them to ask about changing dates and again I got great service and the answer that I wanted to hear so we booked those too.
We want this trip to be a surprise for the kiddos. After much thought this is what we have come up with and have done so far.
The kids would know something is up as soon as we load into the car with our bags. Second when we get to the airport my youngest would know because the only time we fly is when we go to Disney. The other thing I had to deal with was the fact that they would be able to read where the flight is going at the airport and when we land they would know so I told them a little fib. I told them that because the oldest two have never flown we are going to take a plane and go to TN. That we have to layover in Orlando. I even found connecting flight info and printed it all out. I have made a fake itinerary and have gotten them very involved in this trip to TN, but it is mostly stuff that would be of no interest to kids. I have told them we are doing boring things for them ( plantation tours, museums and the like). They are very excited about flying, but the middle child has already asked if she could stay at the hotel and watch TV while we go shopping ( which is something that I have "planned " a whole day of) . We plan on letting them figure it out as we get into line for the magical express. I hope that all goes well and we are able to keep the surprise.
