We are going to celebrate V-Day on Thursday!

DH has to work today and I always make us a nice Prime Rib dinner in my set it and forget machine from Ronco for V-Day. I am not feeling so hot today, nor did I take out the Prime Rib! I have food left over in the fridge that I want to use up before it goes bad. Yes, I hate to toss out food, it cost to much money and it bothers me to see people waste food.

DH is off on Thursday, so I figured I would make us our Prime Rib dinner on Thusday. I did make him a card on the computer this morning.
