Hello everyone,
FINALLY GOING BACK TO MY FAVORITE PLACE...WDW!
:goodvibes. Anyway let me introduce the family.
Me, well I just turned 40 this year but most people dont believe me. Im a lover of all things disney.
disney1-1-1.gif

To my suprise I found out I was pregnant which is the reason for not going to WDW last summer.

So instead of leaving for WDW the 1st week of August as usual I brought into the world an brand new disney fan. His name is Kashmir.

Kashmir joins his big sister Shay 19yrs old. Just loves WDW, no real favorite character.

(He's older here)
His big brother Keyvis 16 yrs old. Also loves WDW and he loves the new "Small Potatoes" song.

(They love him when he's sleep:lmao:)
And his big Sister Diamin 9 yrs old. Loves everything Disney but loves the new Doc McStuffins Show.

This has been a rough year for us. The baby was hospitalized 3 times so far and he just turned 8 months. I was delayed going back to work because he had to be 8weeks to start in this childcare center that was so highly spoken of just to find out it wasnt so great. He caught RSV and was hospitalized for over a week. That was the 5th virus in the 4 weeks he had been there. Since that was a lung issue, everytime he caught a cold, he got bad which caused me to take many days off and 2 more weekly trips each to the hospital.
I am a preschool teacher and I love my job. Taking days and weeks off surely does confuse my "work" kids :guilty: but I explain that the baby got sick again. It worked in my favor because I can hear the kids telling one another "Cover your mouth, Ms.Linda doesnt want to take your germs home and make her baby sick",LOL. My kids have stepped up and helped out by helping each other. They wash their hands often, keep up with the dusting and vacuuming and most of all spraying their perfume and cologne on OUTSIDE so it doesnt trigger an asthma attack for Kash. My daughter got a job so she can relieve my pocket financially a little and my son asks for the bare minimal so that we can get to WDW this year. Well enough about my clan. Here is Kashmir now and these pictures describe him to a T. Kashmir like Cars, Mickey Mouse clubhouse, Little Einsteins, Octonauts, Chuggington, Gaspard and Lisa...well Disney Junior to sum that up.

Next up TRIP PLANS!!!!!! Hope you join me in my travels in preparing.

I was waiting for the auto train sale to begin so I can book my trip:surfweb:. Usually it starts early or mid-April but this year they started late march.:sad2: With that happening, I didnt get the best price that I was trying for but I still did ok. For all 5 of us and an SUV it was $830 R/T. I was so glad when I paid for that because it made it feel like my trip is in reach. I wasn't quite sure where to stay since our trip is 15 nights and I didn't want to bounce around alot with the baby. I was looking forward to staying offsite for the extra room but I love the POP so at the very least I was going to do a week at the POP and the remaining nights at Celebration Suites. Ran it pass the big kids and they love CBR which we stayed at our last trip and wanted to go back there. I looked up the prices and CBR was $165 weekdays and $180 on the weekends. That was steep when my favorite hotel was $92 weekdays and $107 on the weekends and Celebration Suites was $65 a night.
I decided to sleep on it and my plans coming right up! Of course it needed some Disney:wizard:.

Well I finally remembered a WDW discount offer I recieved in the mail and decided to open it and see what it said. To my suprise, there was a 30% discount off of CBR:woohoo:So I booked that for 3 nights and POP for 3 nights. So it went from $165 and $180 per night to $123 and $134.25 per nights for CBR. POP went from $92 and $107per night to $87.40 and $101.65 per nights:cool1:, Savings of $144.30!:yay:

Cant wait to have fun planning this trip! Its been 2 years and I'e enjoying it so far.

:goodvibes Just added... 2 of the kids friends:goodvibes. That should be interesting because one of them doesnt do pools and the other doesnt do rollercoasters:eek:. My kids are fans of both so we will see how this goes.

Also I boughyt a few things for the trip that I will take pictures of and add later.

I posted yesterday but it's not showing up. I guess I am your first follower. I am excited to hear about your trip and I hope you are able to go for the least amount of money. My family is also big and we will be going for 14 days in August. I look forward to hearing more about your plans.

Thanks Myasma,
I just want you to know I read your story and completely give you all the love and glory for being such a strong women. I consider myself strong but dont think I could have handled that. But God give you the strength when you need it I've heard. So Im sending you a huge:hug:.

Now work has been kind of crazy and Kash keeps me busy but I do check my phone to see my countdown daily! 103 today:yay:.
Here is my purchases so far:

IMG_0248new.jpg

Im going to pay off the POP ressie this weekend ($197) and put $50 on CBR (bringing it down to $240).
By the end of May, I should have CBR paid off and Celebration Suites ($710) and 2 out of 4 park tickets done (about $550).
Fingers crossed and I need alot of discipline,:lmao:
Stay posted more to come:grouphug:

I can't believe you already started buying things for your trip. I am so jealous. Normally I do not buy things for our trip until about two weeks before because I am such a procrastinator. :rotfl2: Right now we just plan on paying off the big items, like hotel and tickets. We also focus on getting the kids excited and prepared for the trip as I have a nephew with ADHD and fear issues, so we have Disney movie nights every weekend. Sounds like you have everything planned and under control and your trip is coming along nicely. Thanks for the kind words and the .

Ok we are now at 98 days:cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:
We had a brief "100 days till WDW" celebration on Sunday. We watched Tinkerbell and old WDW tapes of us. My 9yr old DD mad cupcakes.

I picked up some Cars swim trunks and a cute "toddler" Tigger shirt for Kash.

IMG_0427new.jpg

My aunt had these car mats ordered for me with my name on them.:worship:

Im sooooo last minute and I'm trying to pay things off but something aways catches my eye.:furious:
Im making a sticker to put on my debit card that says "Is this worth WDW" with a picture of mickey or the POP sign,LOL.

It doesnt help that I have 2 of my kids friends (both over 18 but neither are working) that have me in limbo on paying for stuff. If they do go I will have to book another CBR and POP room and then divide that by 4 (Those 2 and my 2oldest) which costs me more money because I still have to pay for my room and then half of that room:confused:) I also want to pick up my train tickets but once I do its hard to change w/o penalties so I'm waiting on their money to add to the reservation. Just craziness.
Today I'm typing out and printing the info for their parents to get that ball rolling.

Ok enough rambling, but all part of my pre-trip frenzy:lmao:

Next up:
Results from a poll I'd like to try:surfweb:
Itinerary:idea:

IMG_0424new.jpg

Ok 2 of the resorts paid down:cool1:. Balance left on CBR is an even $200 and POP $150.

So happy to be counting down again. Two years was a long time. About to see if anyone else commented on my opinion poll and then post my itinerary.:thumbsup2

Ok super happy! Paid stuff off today.
Ok I also made some changes but I always feel good when stuff is paid off:woohoo:

In the process of trying to fit a trip to POR into my already busy schedule, I did some more research and knocked $300 off my offsite hotel.

MY ORIGINAL FIGURES & PLANS:..........NEW FIGURES & PLANS:

CBR $430 (1st 3nights)...................CBR $430(1st 3 nights, stayed the same)
POP $312 (2nd 3 nights).................POR $542(2nd 3nights)
Celebration Sts$710 (last 9nts)........POP $200(2 nights)
.................................................Celebration Sts $410 (7 nights)
_________________________________________________________________
Totals------$1,452..............................Totals-----$1,582
A difference of only $130:yay::yay::yay:

I paid ofF Celebration Suites and POP. I made a payment and left POR at an even $300 and CBR is still an even $200.

Im so excited to have things paid off:cheer2:.

Congrats on paying things off. I know it doesn't really feel real until the trip is paid off.

90 days until WDW:cool1:
That 10 days flew by. I was going to do a mini party tonight but its the middle of the week and too hectic so maybe Saturday or just wait until 80 days which will come around just as fast.

85 days & happy mothers day:goodvibes

Still paying things down! Paid $150 on the POR.
So POR has a balance of $150 left and CBR has a balance still of $200.
Disney Junior is suppose to have Aristocats on today so our party today will be themed around that.

Have to post new itinerary since I added POR, busy busy!:cutie:

Busy, busy 20days! But that means 65 DAYS LEFT!!!!!!

I paid off the $200 CBR and that leaves the $150 on the POR. By weeks end that and our tickets will be done:cool1::cool1::cool1:.

Getting things together for my DD's graduation. Buying her a car but she has no clue:rolleyes1:rolleyes1. I'll post pics:goodvibes

After all of these excitement, I'll be back to my disboards obsession.:thumbsup2

Joining in! You sound like you have a great trip planned and it seems like it's been a long time coming :goodvibes We'll be there in August too, but not quite as long, so jealous!

I'm an early buyer too- I have to remember that I need to save for souvenir money before I have nothing left! Your debit card trick is a great idea!

Looking forward to reading more :thumbsup2

60 DAYS TODAY:cool1::cool1:!!

Finally I can focus on my Disney Obsession again:goodvibes.
