We are back via Eurostar!!!

Hi all,

Had a great week, will post much more detail later.

We were caught up in the channel tunnel aftermath!!! We were due to leave yesterday evening but for some reason our train was cancelled so we had to stay another night -tough life (sorry to those who have had the beginning of the holiday ruined or their entire holiday)

We were put up in the New York with dinner, bed & breakfast. We got a call at 7 this morning telling us we had to be at the staton at 9:30 for a train a 10:30. The train went through the tunnel very slowly and it stank, but at least we are back in jolly ole blighty after only a 17 hr delay!

It hasn't put me off going again - now for the planning!
