my kids were so stressed over what to get for a souvenier and we had stipulated that it had to be something they could get nowhere else so we found in MGM a place(near the honey I shrunk the kids playground) that do photos that are awesome! they put you on a green screen and insert your picture into a wide varity of photo choices. This was so fun and a great keep sake....I even had the kids do one for me(Sully is holding 4yr old..other 3 kids screaming in terror with Mike..it so hilarious!) they are only $12 and are soooooooooooo awesome!

I am only bummed I did not do one myself! What an idiot!

We got a family one done with us and the characters in front of the castle........it was done at Epcot. The wallets are kind of small but still really cute. We got a 5X7 and 4 wallets for $25.00, so it sounds like MGM may be cheaper.

Yes, we did this in Future World and really enjoyed it! The guy that helped us was even from NE. :)
We got the photo where DH is being held up in the air by Sulley and I am peeking into the room in fear! ;)

We did the Pooh one in front of his house. DH has him arm around Pooh and I'm sitting next to Eeyore. I love the Sully one, too.

Being an avid amateur photographer, we always get at least one of the park photos on each trip. This last trip was taken on the Dinosaur ride in DinoLand at the AK. Our group (11 since the teenagers had to be on their own) had one of the jeeps to ourselves, and the expressions on everyone's face as we were 'being attacked' were priceless. I also know and understand the 'price' of photography, and all things considered, the Disney photos are cheap.

The funny thing is, my in-laws all 'looked' at the photos, then ran off to get ready for the next attraction...the cost of the photos were 'too high' for them...so we bought 5 (or was it 6?) 5x7's for each nuclear family. We didn't get the special Dino frames (we normally get them for ourselves), but we will be getting frames for them so they can display the photos at home.

So, for about $55 (or somewhere around there), we'll have a priceless, never to be duplicated image that we all can look at everyday and remember how great this trip was...and we can do it for many, many years. When was the last time you bought a T-Shirt that lasted your lifetime? (Ok, I'm sure there are people out there with 20 year old T-shirts...but most of us don't! :) )

We have also started purchasing at least one attraction photo from each trip. We put them in a nice frame and hang them together in our upstairs hallway. It is a great 'reminder' of a fun trip everytime we walk down the hall!:D

Hubby and I got one from our honeymoon, and I'm looking forward to the day that we get all four of us on an attraction with a photo! So far, we have pictures from each trip at Chef Mickeys, the first place we go on property!

I'd pointed out the splash camera on our previous two rides, and the third time around, DH and friend that joined us all made faces right at the camera! It's a hilarious shot. That has the Splash frame.

Something fun to do is to take a photo at the same location each year -- watch the people change and the backdrop remain the same...
