We are back 11/14-11/21!!!

What a truely magical vacation we had!!!!! The weather was perfect! It rained for two hours only one day. Other than that 80 and sunny!!! Here are some quick highlights.

Stayed at the ASMO. Requested Buzz Wing and two room to be connecting and on adjoining! Got all of my requests met! Taylor the Cm said it was the first time that day that a person got everything they asked for!!!

The first magical expeirence of the trip was when my 3 year old nephew saw the giant buzz for the first time. With his mouth wide open eyes as big a saucers he just uttered "Wow!". I was thinking you ain't seen nothing yet!!!!

The parks were great!! Although they were crowded to walk thru the wait times for any ride was very small!!!

Magic Kingdom- Mickey's Philharmagic was just awesome!! I think by far the best attraction any of the parks!!!!

Epcot- Mission Space was great. If you just concentrate on the screen you will not feel the spining. My sister can't ride backwards on the monorail and she was fine!

Animal Kingdom- Festival of the Lion King awesome plus my niece and nephew got picked to be in the show. What a great memory for them and us.

Disney Studios- ToT the new drop sequences were great!! Much better than the old and I really liked the old!


The only disappointment was the Princess Breakfast. We were the last sitting and the princesses acted liked it rushed up signed an autograph and ran. We had to stop Snow white to get a picture because she just signed my niece's book and left!!!
However my neice loved it and didnt' realize she was getting the brush off so that made it easy to bear.

What was the temp in the evenings and what did you wear? ie shorts and sweatshirts or pants. We leave in 6 days!

How crowded was it as you were leaving? We are planning to go in 2004, arriving the Sat. before Thanksgiving and leaving the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Any tips?

Great to hear you had a good trip, we did too. To answer someones question, it started getting crowded at the resort when we left on the 21st. Towards the end of the week it got cooler and at night we needed jackets. The beginning of the week was much warmer, no jackets at night. Wishes at MK was wonderful and better than the old show. We found the parks crowded but lines were ok in the beginning then worse on the 20th at MK. We used FP for PP in MK.

Ragu, did it rain before the 16th? We remember more than 2hrs. on Wed. the 19th. DD had the pirate cruise and it was raining from 7am to about 2pm. Don't say you were sleepnig in the morning because then I'll be jealous!!LOL The weather was great. Hey, did you wear green ribbon? Meet any other disers?

We did use fastpass when the wait was over 25 mins. It was great. It was needed over the weekends but not on the weekdays. We are talking five to ten min waits for almost everything.

The new fireworks were awesome (my tip be closer to the exit for a great view). It blows fantasy in the sky away!!!

My favorite dining was at Chef Mickey for dinner. It was not crowded so the charecters really interacted with the kids!!! And the food was great especially the fruit tarts! YUM!!!

The temp ranged from 55 to 65 in the evenings. We wore shorts and a zip up sweatshirt. Really the weather was perfect!!!!

We noticed the crowds really coming in on Friday the 21st. I would go the same time next year without question!!!! It was great!

It did rain more than two hours and it did rain heavy. No it did not rain before the 16th. It was beautiful until Wednesday morn thru early afternoon. I looked everywhere for any fellow disers and was skunked!!!!!

I guess better luck next year!!!!
