LOL...speaking a s a (currently frustrated) professional writer...I was letting off a bit of steam...I actuall can't write poetry to save my life...I guess that journalism training drained all the creative juices out of me...

BUT...I am attempting to turn that around and start my own writing business, documenting family histories...not family trees...but interviews with living family members to put their memories down for future generations....it's been frustrating though....I've been dealing with a case of writer's block that would sink a ship...I guess I just need to get off my butt and start writing again so I can finally launch this thing...

So...please keep blowing off steam...I am just a little frustrated that my writing is coming so slowly now....

Anyway...THAT is a lot of detail...

And AP...I am a little jealous that I was not the subject of a poem...but I must admit I'm thankful as well....

OK...I'm outa here...I promise...mo more detail about my life...I'll return to being a man of mystery....

Higgs, I was worried about that happening when I was in college so I took creative writing classes along with my journalism and PR classes. It really helped me to hold on to my creative side while learning how to just write the facts. Good Luck!
