Thanks! Yup, watercolor filter in MS Photo Editor. The pic is from 2002 or 2003, and I use the watercolor version as my screensaver at work.

I like how the Pop just sort of, well, "pops" in this picture. I also had to clone out some poles from in front of the bench because they were a little distracting. This is the bus stop at about 6:30 in the morning, while my family was heading to Extra Magic Hour somewhere.
