I agree!! We are very excited! I just want to make sure we are accomodating to our guests. I know you can't please everyone, but I'd like to try to reach a happy medium.
I agree with PPs, if the Best Man is a school teacher, check with him on dates. Most others can take Monday off and just fly down for the weekend and it won't be a huge deal (as far as time off.) But considering the school teacher is the Best Man, I'd go off of that.
My best friend is an accountant. I always wanted a Spring Wedding. It's not happening if I want her to be there!!
Early November. Before the start of all the holidays, and the best chance that people will spend more money on your gifts, being that they haven't started holiday shopping yet.
I voted mid-Nov, but for the same reasons. I went w/mid, rather than early, because then if some wanted to combine it w/ their Thanksgiving time off (to extend the trip), that might be nice.

You planned your wedding date so as to get the most gifts? Really? If I attended a destination wedding, your gift would be much much less than if I didn't have to travel to it.
