WDW water parks

My dh and I are bringing dd to WDW in March for her first time. She will be almost 2 1/2 then. We will be going to the waterparks also, but I can not find a lot of info on them. She LOVES water and especially water slides. She wears a safety jacket and goes down the slides here on our laps and she rides the smaller ones by herself. Can she ride the tamer big slides at WDW on our laps? Either me or dh always test the slide first to see if it is suitable for her.
Is it worth going to both water parks with her?
Any other thoughts?

She will love the kids area at Blizzard Beach, Tikes Peak. There are quite a few pretty good slides just for her age. Then take her over to the tweens area and she might be able to do the slides. You have a lazy river, a tamer wave pool and not sure but she may be able to do the family raft ride which is great fun.

There is a nice kids area at Typhoon Lagoon as well. The wave pool is very intense though for all ages. My kids have always loved the water but I don't know if you need to do both water parks on your trip. I think you would like either one.

DS has been doing water parks since age 3 and loved Typhoon Lagoon this year (at 5). The kiddie area is great, and has a sandy beach theme (the lunch stand serves the kids meal in a bucket with a shovel, so they can play.) There is a little inlet off to the side of the wave pool that is tamer than the main part, and the lazy river is great to do together. I have also heard all good things about Blizzard Beach, though I haven't been to that one myself. Here is a site that has more official info - height requirements, etc:

All the slides, unless marked "family slide" are restricted and you cannot take anyone in your lap. A lot of them have varying minimum heights, which are strictly enforced.
