Hi, all. I've been to WDW several times, although not is many years now. We're about to go back and I am so bummed since I have been reminded that Mr. Toad's Wild Ride was removed way back when. Is it true that there is a Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at Disneyland?

I'd love to here any and all comments that might entice DH to think a trip to CA would be worth it. So tell me how great Disneyland is, please!
:genie: I think Disneyland is my new favorite birthday wish.

Yes, there is a Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at DL! :sunny:

I've been to both WDW and DLR, and DL is my hands down fav.

I'll name the rides at DL and DCA that are not at WDW:
DL-
The Matterhorn
Alice in Wonderland
Pinocchio
Roger Rabbit's Toon Town Spin
Indiana Jones
Storyland Canal Boats
Casey Jr.'s Circus Train
Nemo Sub Ride (opening in 2007)
Blue Bayou Rest. inside POTC (not a ride, but a must eat)

DCA-
Mullholland Madness
Grizzly River Run
California Screamin'
MaliBoomer

POTC is a longer ride at DL with 2 drops.
Winnie The Pooh is different.

It seems like I'm forgetting a few things.

I like your list! The only thing missing is the Sun Wheel and Monsters Inc. at DCA.

Oh, and the show "Aladdin" at DCA. It's an AWESOME show! :cool1:

Don't forget the Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes. I just love that ride. In the off-season it is only open on the weekends.

I'll just say that we love both DL & WDW as you can see from my sig! :thumbsup2

Disneyland - Magic Kingdom's Fantasyland is far superior to WDW!

If you've never been and can swing it, you gotta come. Not only the list of rides but some of the same rides are different. I know that's probably not the right way to say that. But rides like PoTC, HM, BTMRR, etc... have differences that are unique to each park.
I love to look for and experience the differences.

:rotfl: thinking about Mr. Toads wild ride makes me crack up...anytime I start talking about that ride, my god daughter who is only 5 says..."I dont want to ride on that because I dont want to go to hell anymore" :lmao: and we get the strangest looks from people who dont know what we're talking about..

I agree with you 100% about Disneyland being superior to MK- although I sure wish I was at WDW (EPCOT) right now! :guilty:

I didn't see Space Mountain on the previous posts. DL's version is better in my opinion. :thumbsup2

Yes, yes it does. I am however looking forward to our trip ti WDW next March. Can't wait to see the Country Bears (now Pooh Bear ride) again and the People Mover (now an empty track with nothing on it)!

Yep. Pretty much everything about DL blows MK away. You can debate whether DLR or WDW is better, but between the actual DL and MK parks there is no contest.
