WDW vet needing advice for 1 day DL plan

I knew I would have some down time after our Disney Cruise in Anaheim before heading back east. Dh swore he would have had enough Disney and that we would NOT be going to DL. So I never really looked into it. Well, Dh changed his mind, not that I mind but now I have 10 hours or so to figure out a plan of attack for tomorrow. Yes, that's right TOMORROW. I'm thrilled to get to go, but now stressed because I am so unprepared.

So I'm looking for some quick advice. It's a Halloween party day so the park closes at 6. I booked a lunch at Café Orleans for 1pm. We are only going to do the one park. We are not thrill ride people so will skip Space Mountain.

Any advice would be great.

If you are hitting rope drop then head straight for PP if that's important to you, after that the line will just be too long. Then do any other FL rides that you like, I'd hit Alice next since its been recently redone. After that head over to PoTC and HM. Depending on where IJ, BTMRR, Splash, and Star Tours fall on your thrill ride list I'd ride those. Take advantage of FP with these also. Have fun!!!
