WDW Vacation Planning DVD, Who's got it?

I haven't yet but I've read that a lot of people have gotten theirs. I may have to order it again.....anyway, for those of you who have gotten it, how is it? Is it better than "Happiest Celebration on Earth"? Is there more information or pretty much the same?

Haven't got ours yet, and we ordered ours at the very beginning of October. A couple of weeks ago, I got a cool little Mickey Ears Generator thingy in an email, along with an assurance that I'd get my planning DVD shortly.

I ordered mine when it first became possible to do so but never received the email saying it was coming which worried me. However, I received it Saturday. I love it. Its very touching, has some really nice footage of both WDW and Disneyland. Its not as corny/humorous as the last one which I also liked. Whereas the last one was narrated by the four actors, this one is mostly real life people with some castmembers talking about their love and dreams of Disney parks and the fun they have with their loved ones. I think you'll enjoy it when it arrives which will hopefully be soon!

I just got mine the other day and it was great...much better than last year's video. I'd say it contains basically the same info, but trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I got my dvd last week. I got the email saying that it was on it's way shortly on October 22nd.

We got ours last Tuesday. It is good but we actually like the last one better. We were odd, we liked the 4 hosts, even Luke. This one was not as peppy or fun as the old one, in our opinion. On this one my kids did like the section where the kids went through all the parks, that was fun for them to watch.

As long as it is a Disney DVD it is great and we'll watch this one over and over I am sure but we did like the old one better.

That doesn't bode well for me! No emails yet.
Also, my custom maps haven't arrived yet - tomorrow will be three weeks (they estimate 2-3 weeks). I haven't received any notification about those arriving either (not sure if people are or not). Phooey!

I got mine a couple of days ago. From what I could tell, it has pretty much the same as the last video, but just themed a little differently. The one difference that I did see though, was that Disneyland info was included on the DVD as well, and I don't remember that being on the other video.

I got mine on Friday. It's better than the last one, but I would have liked a little more park footage. There's a section for your kids to watch too if they like thrill rides and some info on the new attractions.

Oh I just loved it!!! It made me cry! Especially that cast member who tells the story of the little boy being his friend. I thought it was much better than last year.

The new one doesn't seem to be available in the UK yet, but my feeling on the HCOE DVD was that if you'd never been to WDW before, the DVD was quite crazy and confusing! I was trying to imagine that I'd never been before and the way it jumped from one thing to another would be pretty confusing for newbies I would imagine.

I Finally got mine today! I'm going to watch it at work (thank goodness for the dvd player in my laptop!)

I got my video today. I haven't had a chance to watch it yet. I am still waiting on my maps they were send out last week.
