Someone posted on a sweepstakes forum that they won the 25 Days of Christmas grand prize of a trip to Disney. The value of the trip is over $19,000 -- oh gosh, I don't think I would have wanted to pay the taxes on that trip so I have to say I'm glad I didn't win!

Still hoping to see some DIS winners here soon.

I would still have to imagine that they'd attempt to call/email before sending a letter though, correct? I would think they would want to be sure they have the correct mailing address before sending off a letter to the (potentially) wrong physical address.

I was one of the "One More Disney Day" winners two years ago. I wasn't contacted by email or phone beforehand. I just came home one day and there was a Fedex envelope on the front door step. It told me I had won the contest and I had 24 hours to return my paperwork. I didn't believe it was actually real until I found other winners with similar stories here on the Dis boards. I think in total there were 19 Dis members who one the OMDD contest. We have kept in contact and become friends, and many of us have met up at both DL and WDW. It's been an amazing experience.

I still can't believe that no Dis members have won yet! It is very possible that they haven't been drawing names like the rules state. I know they weren't consistent in drawing names and contacting us for our contest. Good luck everyone!

I am unable to enter today. For some reason the toggle on the state section is not working, so I can't put my state in. I guess I will try again later. Anyone else have this problem?

This is driving me crazy! I can't believe there has not been a DIS winner yet. I enjoy reading about their excitement and planning!

I've been off work for two months on bed rest following a motor vehicle accident. I have nothing better to do with my time than read this thread all day long - LOL!

Sorry to hear about your accident! Being on bed rest for two months would drive me stir crazy so hopefully you are staying sane and healing quickly! I'm sure winning a trip will make you feel better so good luck! I'll do my best to win this week as well so I can share all the excitement and details to help occupy your time

Maybe its punishment for all of the FP+ complaints. ha ha.

I don't know why everyone is complaining about the FP+. It sounds like it is the best idea Disney has had in years! I mean, really, I would welcome any and all changes Disney decides to try and implement. It is never an inconvenience to me and my family when we wait hours to ride a 10 second ride. (I have no idea if I'd like FP+ or not because I haven't been there to experience it for myself...but I am not above sucking up to increase my chances of winning! )

1. It gives me hope that maybe there are still lots of prizes left because maybe they aren't notifying people of winners yet (except for that guy on Reddit)

2. It's fun to know that the folks who won last year stayed in touch while they were planning and even met up and stayed friends. That's really cool

It is interesting that of the 32 prizes, 19 went to folks on the Dis - almost 60% - and nobody has won here yet this year! I'm thinking (wishful thinking I'm sure) that this next week we'll see some people winning!!!

ToTLaugher I can't use the state drop down box either(on my desk top) the problem started yesterday and I still can't enter today. I can enter on my laptop though. Both are with google chrome. So I'm really no help but I wanted you to know you aren't the only one who has a state box that doesn't work.

Thanks, I still can't get it to work. I typed an "n" and then I could click on my state because it was above the first "n" state, but when I tried that with the year of my birth I couldn't make that work. I am on my laptop and have chrome as well. I think I may reboot and see if that helps. Can't miss entering!

Well, it still doesn't work in chrome, but does in internet explorer. However, my DH pointed out that I can use the arrows on the keyboard instead and it worked just fine, so if anyone is having this problem you can try that.
