Had a lie in today - got up at 9.30am (that was proberbly the longest i could stand to lie in bed knowing whats outside my door
Had breakfast at Pop - 1/2 cinamon roll & toast.
Today was planned as a pool day.
The sky started to turn very black, then it rained but we stayed in the pool - we're already wet right??
But then the thunder started so we had to get out, it was lunch time by then so we dryed off & headed to the food court.
I decided to have the mediteranian chicken flatbread...it was the grossest thing i've ever had
so mum had it! & i ended up with pizza
We then went back in the pool
We had a dinner ADR at Tepan Edo in Japan at Epcot
It was a very nice setting & quite clever it felt like 4 tables in each little room but they were actually all conected but it gave the feeling of intamacy.
We shared our table with a very nice American family who also happened to be staying at Pop - small world eh (its a small world after all
)
We had a selection of starters that were all gorgeous
The chef came out & did some amazing tricks - juggling knives & food, he was a lovely man too
We all had the chicken & steak & this is served with rice, noodles, mushroom & onions with japanese flavours added, all the food looked lovely & fresh & by goodness it tasted it too!
Leanne loved this & it was great to see her enjoying healthy food for a change - she even became an expert with the chop sticks
This was by far the best meal we had our entire trip
You can see the 'hot' plate they cook on right at your table

After the meal we had decided to visit the Boardwalk area & head up to Fantasia golf.
I've never been to the Boardwalk - what a lovely area, we went in the ice cream shop & Gary & Leanne had some concoction, we then had a look at the Boardwalk hotel lobby & pool, very nice!

We walked up to the Swan hotel which we also had a quick look inside, & we walked & walked!! we ended up asking where the golf was - turned out it was over a road & nearer the dolphin but by now we were all so tired from the walking we decided to catch a boat back to Epcot where we watched illuminations
& then headed back to bed!
Tomorrow....remember bad things happen in three's???....
Coming up......Typhoon Lagoon, Crusher Gusher...mild concusion, 1st visit to a first aid station & a rescue!!!!!
