I've tried Googling and searching DisBoards but haven't found an "official" and current schedule for WDW transportation (buses, boats, monorail, skyliner)
Does one even exist?
No car. We will probably be having some dinners at other resort's QS and would like to get back to our resort(s) (BWV and then AKV) without using Uber/Lyft, if possible.

In the past the weekly “Times Guide” would have Monorail and Skyliner hours, but they haven’t published the Times Guide since reopening, unfortunately.

From my perspective at the moment it’s up to the randomness of here now/just back reports around places like DIS to get the most up to date info on what’s happening on the ground.

I have been searching for something like this but can't find it. We aren't planning on bringing a car, so it would be super helpful to know what times different modes of transportation will be running!

I don't know if a Transportation schedule. WE ewere in Disney this August, when trying to get from one resort to the other we used Disney Springs as the hub. From our resort to Disney Springs, then caught a bus to the other resort. Returning reverse.

Disney Springs is open til 10 pm and buses run up to 2 hours after closing. So there is no need to hurry.

Yep. Using DS as a back up is our plan but having an operating schedule would be helpful.
I guess, on our way in, I will just ask a CM at the resort where we'll be eating.

I don't think Disney has ever published an actual transportation schedule.
I think OP was looking for the closing times of various modes of transport. That's never been published for buses because they basically run until a park is empty, but opening & closing times for watercraft and monorails have been published in the weekly Resort Times Guide.

I don't know whether it's changed, but pre-pandemic, info on transportation from resort cm's was unreliable.

Expect buses to parks to become unavailable at park closing time. Even if they're still running, they usually won't take Guests to a closed park.

For watercraft or Skyliner, the best bet is to look for a sign at the loading area; and for monorails, ask a Monorail cm.

Latest report is that Epcot resort and DS watercraft are still not running.

Disney Springs buses run From DS until after DS is closed. If you leave your targeted dinner resort by about 2 hours prior to close, you should not have much of an issue.

Absolutely. Look for info specific to each resort when you get to that resort. Buses have always run until parks are empty, returning to resorts. Boats, on the other hand, don't follow that rule. When you board a boat, the captain will usually give you the park hours, and what time the last boat will be leaving that night.
If you ask a resort CM, try to ask one that is working in the transportation area. Otherwise, you won't get great info. Most resort CMs are clueless when it comes to transportation.

Absolutely was my plan. Can't expect all CMs to know EVERYTHING! One working in the transportation area would be the best bet!
