We are staying onsite at CSR. I was wondering if the WDW transportation bus has a stop at Downtown Disney on their regular route? My DD has an appt. at BBB and we won't have a car...

Yes, WDW transportation has a regular bus service to Downtown Disney.

All of the Disney Resorts have transportation to DTD... and visa-a-versa.. however, the theme parks do not have any to or from DTD.
so for example, if you wanted to go to one of the parks after her appt, you would have to take the bus back to any resort, not just yours, then transfer to a theme park bus...

If you are going to a Park from Downtown Disney, just get on a Disney bus that goes to the resort nearest to the park you want to visit, then you change buses, monorails or boats depending on the park or resort that you are going too.
