WDW to Universal transportation options

OK. I'm taking my first SOLO vacation ever and my second trip to WDW.

What's the cheapest way to get from PO-FQ to Universal Studios? I've heard Mears has transfers for $14 round-trip, but what schedule do they run on?

I believe you call them and schedule a pickup... Im sure they have a bunch of times. 407-699-9999 I think is thier number... if I'm mistaken, someone can correct me.
