WDW to Premium Outlets without a car

Can anyone tell me how would be the best way to get to the Premium Outlets.

I'll be solo and don't drive. Is there a shuttle from the Downtown Disney resorts or can I take a Lynx bus?

I go there every trip and I never have a car. I usually take a cab from the DTD marketplace because the outlet is a few minutes away from there. It usually costs around $10 depending on traffic (last time it cost $7 before tip).
There is also a shuttle that picks up people from the DTD hotels (the non-disney owned ones). The schedule is on the premium outlet website.

that should work fine as I am at OKW. Hope the ferry doesn't sink when I come home with all my shopping

I was wondering where the shuttle picked up as I couldn't find it on the website, it just says to call.

Better start saving then!!
