WDW to Port - Private Transportation ?

Quick and simple:

Staying at the Poly for a few nights before our cruise, we would like to get to the port earlier than DCL transportation and do not want to rent a car.

Recommendation's please - also consider we may want a quick liquor store stop (where do they usually stop - can I pre-order so it is just a pickup? or can I actually order and have it delivered to the resort beforehand? )
