I was talking to someone yesterday and she said she emailed Disney to see if she could use her left over day on her wdw tickets at Disneyland. She said they said she could. Is this true? I could have sworn that you couldn't use wdw tickets at Disneyland/DCA.
Thanks for your help!

I was under the impression you couldn't also, but have never tried personally. I have asked at the gate before and they said no.

Some people on these boards have posted that they were able to do this. I think it isn't a very good idea though. Disneyland/ DCA is usually running some sort of special on their tix, and WDW passes are much more expensive. I think I would save my WDW passes for my next WDW trip and just buy new passes for DLR.;)

I was told you could use them but WDW passes are more money so I would not do it... I also used my old DL ticket at the magic kingdom at WDW once but that was years ago... Don't know if they do anymore...

I've used an old WDW pass last year (It was from 1996) to enter Disneyland and I've done it before previously. I had two days left on the pass. The first time, I had to wait for quite a while because DL wasn't hooked up to WDW to find out how many days were left. They had to phone. The second time was no problem.

Just keep in mind, the Annual passes are not transferable but the multiday passes are. Also double check the procedures before you get there. At the time I went I was told to go straight to the gate. I believe there have been some reports on this board you might need to exchange it for a DL day ticket. Not sure about how it's handled now.

I used two WDW park hopper tickets, each with one day left, and they worked perfectly! The best part was that they were hoppers for DL and DCA, so my family and I got to check out both parks in the same day!!! We were shocked it worked so well!! :p

A one-day ticket to DL is $45 plus tax - which isn't much less than a one-day ticket at WDW. The value of one leftover day on my WDW park hopper is less than $45, so I may do that if I visit DL in the near future!
