WDW Reservation system will be down Oct 12-14....does this mean

Maybe a new deal or AP rates or new codes will be released on the 15th? Has the system been down before and then great rates come out? Hoping for something good, if so!

From what I understand ..... they are putting in a new reservation system.

IMHO.... it's about time they upgraded the entire system...

Actually, I would expect there to be issues for the first couple days after the upgrade. Once any new system goes "live" there are bugs to be worked out.

I am pretty sure iti s just a massive upgrade of the current system. i just hope they don't lose my Reservation and/or ADRS!!!

I'm sure you are not alone in fearing they lose something....
just a suggestion.... but make sure you have a printed copy of ALL your reservations..... resort and dining.
and a couple weeks before your arrival date, call and verify everything.

I'm sure you will be fine though. have fun!!!

A big computer upgrade coming. We've been told this on the dining side and DVC side too. Looks like very limited services on those days.
