WDW Railroad Closing for September-?

Hi! I can't seem to find out which information about the closing of the WDW RR for 2 bridges to be fixed is correct. One site says that it will be closed from Sept - Nov 20th. Another says only through Oct 20th. Does anyone know which re-opening time is correct? Our trip is in Nov and we were looking forward to riding the train for the first time! Thanks for any information about this!

I just checked the Rehab schedule on The Hub (Disney's passworded site) and is shows the MK Railroad closed starting September 30 and reopening October 21.

Does anyone know if they will be running a modified Park opening show while the railroad is down?
