WDW Race Certificate errors

Has anyone been able to download their WDW Half Marathon Race Certificates from mydisneymarathon/disneyworld/results?

I've tried four different computers and several different browsers, and every time I get "A PHP Error was encountered" errors.

A couple friends and I are getting the same error. It also says the distance for the half marathon was 26.2 mi on our results pages. So clearly there's something funky going on!

When I click on mine it pulls up all the certificates together on one page. It has the full the half and Dopey and Goofy. It has one red one and one blue one for both the half and the full. Mine looks fine.

Mine isn't working either. I've tried multiple times.

Yesterday, I was able to pull all my certificates for the Dopey Challenge, but when I tried to print my wife's certificate for the half, I came up with the error. I tried again today and it worked.

I too am having problems printing mine and my husbands

I emailed runDisney about this a couple days ago and they didn't respond but I checked again last night and I was finally able to get my certificate for the half, so you could try contacting them as well if you're still having issues.
