WDW Quests question...

Is there anything new at the WDW...VMK wise? My mom is going next week and promised to pick up stuff for me, but I have been out of the loop so long I don't know what to tell her. Have any of the quests changed? Are there any "new" must have park items?

A friend and I were just there last weekend and didn't see anything new.
If your Mom is going to be in the MK anyhow, handing in pre-filled-in quests shouldn't take her long, though. They let me keep my finished quests so I didn't have to fill them out again next time.

One caveat - we bought hats at Chapeau and got codes for gold ears but the codes gave us more Happiest Celebration pins. We reported it but the big white glove hasn't gotten back to us yet.

One good thing happened, though: the Buzz Lightyear attraction was having trouble with their printers so we couldn't buy a photo (which we didn't want anyhow) but the CMs gave us Wanted Poster cards free when we just asked.

Tomorrow is the grand opening of Everest. I suspect that the Adventurers Quest will be out this weekend.

actually since february there have been soft openings of EE. Not just for DVC and Passholders but for the public also. My cousin was there in March and got to ride it on 2 days but then it was closed for 5.

Just got back from WDW yesterday.
They have the Fantasyland and Frontierland quests at VMK Central, but pulled the Adventureland quests because Pirates is closed. However, if you have an Adventureland one from a prior trip they still honor it. They also are honoring still the Tomorrowland computer printout quest. Talked to both VMK Central and people in DAK and no one admitted to anything re a DAK Quest. The people at DAK looked at me funny and didn't have a clue what VMK was.
