WDW Princess Dresses for $24

Just thought some of you may be interested at disneydeals.com they have the princess dresses the very same that sell at wdw for $50 - $100 for $24. It looked like they had a pretty good selection earlier this evening it seemed that they had the largest quantity of Belle and Snow White available but there were others as well. Hope this helps someone out, I have a DD 3 1/2 who loves these dresses but to me it's painful laying down $80 for a costume, however, $24 I can handle .

Thanks for the tip- I think if you spend $X on you Disney Visa you get triple rewards. (I think it is $50 or $75.)

I just ordered a snow white dress for DD, she will love it. I guess that is what she will be for Halloween.

I have never ordered anything from disneydeals. Is it like ordering from Disneydirect? Or are you buying from an individual?

I already have a few costumes for our trip in Oct- Tink, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel. We go to a few character meals each trip, though, so I'm considered getting the Snow White in a size or two bigger than she wears. Are the costumes you buy at Disney World much nicer than the ones at the DS? I must admit, all of the costumes I have bought for this and prior trips were from Disney Store (DS) sales, Walmart, and ebay. In order to part with 30 for a costume DD will wear once or twice, I need to be sure it's extra special!

They also have Disneyauctions.com. In the past, most of their auctions from the resorts were from Disneyland. I'm glad to see them adding Disney World clothes, etc!

Does Disney Direct combine on shipping or do you have to pay separate on each item?

I've gotten MANY items from them during the last year and they have always combined the shipping. The more you buy the better as far as their shipping goes.

The dresses at Walmart (around $20) are now the same dresses sold in the parks for around $50. Last fall, I saw some much nicer dresses at WDW. In May, these were not to be found anywhere. My 2.5 yo dd has the Cinderella and Snow White dresses from Walmart. These are the dresses with the layers of crinolines for skirts. While a little large for my dd, they are pretty nice...much better than some nylon-y ones I've seen on-line. Some other folks on the DIS have reported finding these dresses and some other variations at Target. Unfortunately, my Target doesn't carry any dress-up clothes.

I just discovered disneydeals. I received a package from them today. I got five Disney World hats and after shipping, they averaged $5.00 per hat. They all say Walt Disney World and have the tags still attached priced from $17.00 to $22.00. Can't beat that! The box they came in had Disney Direct printed on it.

I am so MAD!!!!!! I just received an email from disney deals stating that they are sorry but can't fulfill my order for my XXS snow white dress because thier system had technical difficulties and they can't get me a dress and hope I shop with them in the future. HA!!!!!!!!!!! How can tey just bak you of a contract like that and offer no help. It is a division of Disney, they can get a snow white dress for me if they wanted. I wrote them back as well as ebay stating my concerns. But I still wind up in the same boat. I have to now explain to my two year old that she won't be getting the dress that I showed her. She has been talking about her "no white" dress since I ordered it last week. Now I will have to dind one else where and either get a cheaply made ugly one or spring for the money when I go to Disney and get a nice one. I will look out on ebay for one but I still have to deal with a very disappointed two year old for now. Sorry for the vent but I think this is crazy. How can you break a contract like that and just say sorry we had technical difficulties?

Could you take a chance and get the XS (4/5) instead? I'm not sure how the sizes run, but I'd always go bigger anyway. It may just need a little hem and tack it in the back. I know alot of dry cleaners in my area do alterations if you don't sew.
