I've subscribed to "Walt Disney World Resort: Plugged In" (the official WDW podcast) and I am really enjoying it. There is lots of information from behind-the-scenes and a great selection of interviews with some of the imagineers.

Can anyone recommend any other WDW podcasts? I see there is one called "Mouse Tunes" - has anybody subscribed to it? "Inside the Magic" sounds good too - I might have to give it a try :flower:

I dont know of any others Frances, but it sounds great :sunny:

Frances - do you have a link, please? This sounds right up my street. Is it subscribe for money or is it free?

Thank you :)

PS - I have been trying to PM or email you since Saturday but your box is full and your mail address returns the mails to me ;)

Hi Karen,

I have deleted some messages in my PM box, so hopefully it will be okay now. Sorry about that.

Do you have apple iTunes? If not, you can download it for free at iTunes . When you open up iTunes just click on "music store" and then "podcasts" underneath the "Inside the music store" heading. You can then type "Disney" into the search box to bring up the Disney podcasts. They are all free :) You do not need an mp3 player/iPod to listen to them, you can listen on your PC if you prefer.

Hi,

I subscribe to both Mouse Tunes and Mouse Guest Weekly. Both have had lots of interesting hints and tips for WDW and I plan on listening to some on our next flight out in March. I particularly like Mouse Guest weekly.

Karen

Thanx Frances ~ Will check this out.

Frances - thank you so much for this! I have finally checked it out (and yes it did work on my PC :rotfl: )

I would love to have a link to Mouse Tunes or Mouse Guest if anyone has one :)

Couldn't find Mouse Tunes on the Disney site podcast section. I expect it's there and I'm just missing it :teeth:

I just watched a great video-podcast of Expedition Everest! It looks incredible!

Thanks for the info

I downloaded a podcast on iTunes the other day and there is a video of a ride through on the new Everest ride. It looks fantastic!

Hope you give our MouseTunes podcast a try!

We have a new show that just went live last night! Hear the latest Disney news, visit the Walt Disney World Rumor Mill, and more in MouseTunes Show #12. Lou and Nathan also talk about Expedition Everest, and air the conclusion of their exclusive interview with Disney Imagineer and Artist Lon Smart. There are also TWO Contests you can enter and win prizes - just answer a trivia question about WDW, and our famous "Where In the World Have You Heard This?" challenge. There's also plenty of trivia, listener feedback, music, sounds clips and more!

Hi Lou,
it is an honour to have you on the boards. I am a big fan of the podcast Mouse Tunes and think you guys get it just right with a good balance of news, rumours, interviews and history of wdw that I didn't know. Long may it continue. :cheer2:

To other uk disers, I subscribe to Mousetunes (obviously) and Mouseguest Weekly, as well as the new official WDW podcast. Mousetunes is my absolute favourite and find it really easy to listen to, as well as informative. The official WDW podcast is better than I thought it would be, in that it is not one big sell, but is actually informative and makes you feel closer to the magic. Which ever one you choose, it is a great way to have a bit of WDW with you where ever you go. Happy listening,

Claire xx
