Ok, I have racked and racked my brain.:badpc: I looked at websites, reviews, etc.. I am going to post what I have now. Please give me honest opinions on our dining selections, theme parks, etc.. I am only listing the TS, due to the CS we can change on the fly. We have purchased 5 day PH w/ Basic DDP for this trip. Would it be worth the time to add the UPH for the waterparks, DQ, etc.. This is our first trip to WDW:goodvibes . We are staying @ All Star Sports, preferred room. Plan on using DME for to and from airport. Other transportation to SW.

Please help :confused3

Here are some things to consider:

* Friday - Downtown Disney and Boardwalk are very far apart and could take some time getting to while using Disney transport. Save a visit to the Boardwalk for an Epcot day or the Saturday you leave.

* Saturday at MK can be very busy - consider doing another park this day. However, Crystal Palace is an excellent choice for an MK day.

* Sunday -- stay all day at Epcot and eat at one of the great restaurants there or duck out to the ESPN Club on the Boardwalk.

* Wednesday- Spoodles is at the Boardwalk...I would dine at AK and save hours on the Disney bus system --At AK, Yak n Yeti is new and there is also a character breakfast

* Thursday - Is Maya Grill at CSR? That could be awkward to get to via bus from your resort, and you may be too tired after SW to eat at another resort and take a bus to DTD then another to your resort after dinner.

* Friday - you can eat at Tony's Town Square this day if you do Epcot all day Sunday.

* Saturday - you can explore the Boardwalk area and eat at ESPN Club or Spoodles before you leave.

Basically, I would eat in the park you are at during meal time -- there are many great choices and that is the most efficient way. You don't want to spend your trip obsessing over being somewhere else for a meal and figuring out how to get there. Happy planning!

Have you based which parks you're visiting each day on crowd levels? If not, I would personally do that, using one or both of TourGuideMike or the Unofficial Guide's website.

Have you booked your room already? If not, have you looked into renting DVC points to stay in a Deluxe Villa resort? While not as inexpensive as a value, I was happy to discover this option, as we stayed in very nice accommodations (BoardWalk Villas), very close to Epcot and Disney Studios, for a great price. The DDP is available with this option if you're interested.

Combining a visit to the Boardwalk with Spoodles may be more convenient, especially if you work it so you'll be at Epcot the same day. I've heard Spoodles is decent, but if you go to Epcot that day, you may or may not be interested in an Epcot restaurant instead. I like to give Epcot a full 2 days given its size (one for each World, with World Showcase day possibly being a half-day of rest), so I would personally make Epcot at least a full day.
