WDW planning CD for computer

I just received a Disney newsletter that announced that Disney had a WDW vacation planning CD for the computer as well as the planning video. The link took me to the regular Disney site to order this. However, to receive it you had to have a U.S. address. Does anyone know if the CD is available to Canadians? It sounds like a fun way to plan our next trip.

I ordered it over the phone about a week ago, the same number as the Disney planning videos. I've received two disney planning videos and a cruise line video in the last couple of months, so I hope I get the CD. I'll just have to wait.

Do you have the number you called for the video? Is it the Canadian video number? I have ordered and received that video a month or so back, but I don't have the number any more. did you specifically request the CD?

Hi, call 1-800-847-5656 as if you are going to order the video. Go through the same process with name and number etc. At one point she will ask if you want the video or the CD rom-just push the button you want then continue. Hope we get it, let me know how it goes! Maryann

Has anyone tried the 1-800-847-5656 number? I tried last week, and got nothing but a busy signal, and just tried again and it rang...and rang...and rang...and then cut me off.

Debbie...I used the above phone number last week and I got through no problem. However, I never had an opportunity to pick video or CD. I was going to try again soon to see what happens. If you or anyone gets through and has the CD option, please post back to this thread
