I think you'll find that many of us Nikon users have the 30mm 1.4 Sigma. I bought mine when the 35mm 1.8 didn't exist. Sorry I couldn't help you...
FWIW though, I really love the Sigma, and you'll need it, or something close to it, if you plan on taking photos in dark rides. I know the Sigma is also a very decent portrait lens as well...

Thanks for that information. I have left the house all weekend with only the 35/1.8 attached and left the camera bag behind. I think I'm falling in love! I'm really looking forward to getting those low light shots that I have just avoided on past trips!
I almost took mine over to DHS last weekend- but changed my mind at the last second. It really is a fun lens- I need to get it to Disney one of these days.
