WDW Phone Hold Times

The website somehow borked my park pass reservations with my linked reservation. They let me reserve the first day of my five-day trip, but when I try to reserve another day they tell me I don't have any linked tickets available, and when I input my reservation number they said those are already linked.

I've been on hold for almost two hours already. I want to hang up, but I'm going to feel twitchy until I get this straightened out. Any idea how long I'll be in hold music purgatory?

I have been on hold for 3:23 now.

I have called 5 times and waited more than an hour each time. I have emailed twice. No response. I have a similar problem and don't know what to do.
