WDW park hoppers used at DL?

Can anyone tell me if WDW unused Park Hopper tickets (no expiration option) are actually usable at DL? The Unofficial Guide books ( 2007 editions) for WDW and for DL both say that you can use WDW tickets at DL but that you can not use DL tickets at WDW. Guest services at WDW says that this is not true. Guest Services rep at DL said that she did not know. Can anyone clarify?
