WDW Parade week of Christmas

If the Christmas parade is offered twice a day on December 21st, which would be less busy- noon or 3? We are going to MK 2-3 days during our 8 day trip, should we us a FP+ on the parade. The 21st is the first day of our trip. We have an ADR at Crystal Palace for breakfast at 10:15 and then we want to see the parade and use our FP+'s and then we are going to head over to the GF to see decorations and then to OHanas for dinner at 6.

The parades are at 12:00 and 3:30. And as reported by CMs in the parade, both are equally busy.
