WDW Package Payment Question?

Not sure if the budget board is where I should ask this or the resort board so I apologize in advance if I am posting in the wrong place. I just made a payment towards my vacation package and it hasn't shown up on the WDW my vacation website and when I called Disney Travel earlier today, they said it hasn't posted there yet either. So my question is, does it normally take a couple days for payments to post? It looked like it went through with the whole processing message. However, there is no sign of it. I don't want to try again and then double pay. When I originally booked the trip, I think it took a while for my deposit to show up but I am not for sure. Has anyone else had this issue?
 
I don't know if this helps, I mailed my payment and it took 9 days to show up. However if you used a credit card you may want to call your credit card compant tomorrow and see if it went through.

I did use a credit card but I think it may have taken this long when I booked it for the payment to post.
 
I made a payment while watching the SuperBowl. It was posted by the end of the game. It just posted in my bank account today. I had no problem. Sorry I was no help.
 

Are you receiving any email invoices? I just made a payment yesterday and received my email invoice this morning. I also see the charge on my card. HTH...
 
Hi,

I just made a payment today it is already taken out of my bank account and also received a invoice although it is not showing online yet. Two weeks ago I had giftcards and used one online I put it in then it took me to the itinerary page and so I called and it did not go through.

I would definitely call Disney back and explain the situation and also call the Credit Card Company it should not be taken this long.
 
After I tried to make the payment, I received an email confirmed the trip but it wasn't an invoice. It had the totals at the bottom but no changes regarding my current payment. I also checked the credit card's activity and nothing there either. It is not a regular credit card, it's the H&R Block Emerald Card so I am giving it until Monday and if it hasn't gone through by then, I will be calling Disney to try again instead of doing it online. Thanks for all your help.
 
My first email was not a invoice it said Walt Disney World Confirmation and it has the details of the trip then the very bottom has the amount due and then it has that I owe zero dollars. Then I called to make sure they had received the payment and they had.
