For 4 Friday nights in April, Travel Channel is having the Season of Disney and will have 3 more new shows (besides Samantha Brown's). Disney Splurge, Disney on a Dime, and Disney Royal Treatment (or something like that). I missed recording the Samantha Brown one, so I need to keep a look out for rebroadcast! Last night "What You Get For The Money, Walt Disney World" was on again, I had never seen it.

I always do a Dish Networt search everyday to see if new disney stuff in on!! So far I have been catching shows at like 1 am and stuff cause I missed the first showing! Lets just say I have been tired lately!!

"Disney Splurge!"

"Disney Splurge!" follows the adventures of three families and a couple as they celebrate special occasions with luxurious amenities, extravagant dining and exclusive venues. Join their lavish travels on April 18 at 9 p.m. ET.

Thanks for the link! I love the sitcoms and it's hard to find them sometimes. I've seen the Full House episodes many times, I never tire of it. I saw John Stamos on a talk show years ago and he talked about how he's a Disney fanatic.

I saw John Stamos there last Oct., walking aroung World Showcase.

I got a dvd recorder for xmas, recorded two shows and it has already quit working......is TIVO better? Ive never tried it, and am wondering if its more convenient that dvr's since theres no actual disc involved (the broken DVR keeps saying it cant record on the disc...Ive used several brands of discs and it wont do anything with any of them)

I have to admit, I really enjoyed last weeks show, it started off a bit weak but really turned out to be a good one.

What I liked is that she went into detail on specific items in Disney, compared to the normal general overview that you get. Of course, this means you don't get to see as much, but there are so many "overview" shows that it was nice to see one get into detail.

Oh, and when she mentioned her "favorite adult beverage" and it was the Grand Marnier Orange Slushie at France in Epcot, Beth about flipped. That's her new favorite drink by far, and she feels like she is the one that "discovered" it 2 Food and Wine festivals ago. That was when the drink was first released to the public, and it's become so popular (along with the Grey Goose Vodka Slushie, which I prefer), that they are now permanent at Epcot. In fact, I think these are giving the Mexican Margaritas a run for their money.

I remember about a year ago when I posted about the Grand Marnier Orange Slushies on the Adult Forum, I think that post ended up going about 8 pages deep because so few people had heard of it, now it seems to be one of the most popular in Disney. At least judging by the line last time, we used to be able to go right and get one when it first came out, now there is almost always 10-15 people in line waiting for one.

Looking forward to the show tonight, should be interesting to see some of the cooler niche things that you can do at Disney. I think after the 4 Samantha Brown episodes there are going to be another 4 new ones (for a total of 8 new Disney shows) with Jeff Corwin (although I don't know why an Animal Planet host is doing Disney travel shows...lol).
