Follwing on from my last post things do get better, have a great next few days at Epcot as DS loves test track and Mission space crowds are light, follwing day tripout to US DS was only 7 when first went but now at 14 he really likes US though he feels it is a little dated ie MIB T2 etc though fully enjoys day out. Lucky on way in as shared cab with other really nice family (Brits) who agreed to share cab and fare, $34 by two is money saved = more to spend by DW
Follwing day rested in morning as booked for MNSSHP, bus to MK at 5 ish quickly in and wrist bands on CM's were clearing out non wrist band wearers as we went into emporium lokking for halloween hat for DW
, CM had just put out halloween party T shirts and it was a case of grab em while you can as folks were grabbing 3-4 a time at over $20 a time
. Wandered round MK taking in atmosphere caught start of parade while sat outside pecos bills which was busy decided not to worry about parade too much as would catch 2nd at 10 ish. watched hallowishes from and was totally blown away by how spectacular it was as watched from behind castle you are completely encompassed by event. Umpteen candy stops ( frontierland had 3 CMs with tubs ) left us with more Candy than we knew what to do with had about 30 lemon heads and more pop tarts than we knbew what to do with. Caught the second parade which we recorded the grave diggers were really good with the sparking shovels as they scraped them on ground. Bus back to POR very good little wait and back by 12.30 not feeling tired proably wired on pop tarts and lemon head. More to follow soon.
