WDW November Deals?

Most likely to come out later in the summer unless it is an AP code. Keep checking back here to see. Good luck ;)

We are going in Nov & when I booked, I asked the CM if there were any codes attached to any of the names in my family. To my delight. . . there were!:woohoo: I believe it was about 30-35% off. A few days after I booked, I received a 20% discount by e-mail. I THINK it was becase I had gotten on their site almost daily & checked out different scenarios - all showing that I was going in Nov. The reason I think this is because it did say something along the lines of. . . We see you are considering a Nov visit & we have this offer for you.

Good luck on those codes. I'll send pixie dust your way!:tinker:

I'd love to know if anyone has the specifics on this. We're thinking of a Halloween trip this year (kids have a fall break Oct 31-Nov 4) :thumbsup2 . We went last year also during this break and got a great deal.

The problem is, I can't remember what the discount was! :confused3 I must have thrown out my documents, and I can't find the email announcing the discount. I know it was one that was offered to Visa card holders first (we have a Disney Visa), but I think it was also offered to the general public a few days later. Does anyone track these??

package discounts what were those like?
Was it on room, tickets and dining?
Was it a good amout of saving on the package discount?

We got a room and hopper package at CBR. It came in the mail in mid to late Aug sometime I think, though I didn't call on it till mid Sept or something. See, even though been there a good amount of times, I had always booked each thing seperately by myself. I thought the packages were rip offs and would cost more not less. :rotfl: I know I've thrown away flyers I've received in the mail for that reason. Anyway, I thought I'd call this time and was very surprised. We got a room for myself and DD17 at CBR for 10 nights and hoppers. We saved somewhere between $650 - $700 when I priced it without any discounts and about $400 over the AAA discount I usually used for room only !
So I'm hoping this comes out again in Aug(I wish sooner!)!:goodvibes

great deal last year. 2 adults and 2 children 8 nights pop with hoppers and dining, $2250 total! very happy with that price (3 and 8 on the kids age). 2nd week of nov, in on a friday out on a sat afternoon.

We are booked at POP 10/31 to 11/9. I booked through AAA. If a code is announced this summer that is better than the AAA code can my AAATA call and have the code applied or do/can I do that myself?

I remember that we used the discount on a room/ticket package - we didn't do the dining plan that trip. I think there was a different code if you wanted dining as well. I know it was a great deal for us - I think more than 20%, but I don't know exactly. I can't believe I didn't keep my documents

I'm not 100% sure, but I think once you book through a AAATA, everything has to go through them. We booked through AAA last April, and I couldn't even bring up my reservation on the DW website.

Also, don't assume the AAATA will know about the discounts as soon as you do (especially if you're watching these boards :) ). There was a room only deal last April, and when I called my AAATA to ask her about it, she wasn't even aware of it! These boards are way more on top of things!!!

true but aaa could book myw packages and the associated discounts. they did it for me.

All I know is that I'm crossing my fingers and toes in hopes that something comes out for our November trip. I want to stay at CR the entire time, but can't unless there is a code.

Absolutely. We booked a MYW package through them as well. I just meant that they might not be AWARE of the "deals" as soon as these boards are! I had to tell my TA about the discount, and then she booked it for me - I couldn't do it myself.

Last year we had an AP discount of about 25% on rooms at CBR for the second week of November. The rate per room was $124+tax and it came out in mid-September.
