WDW next week: I'm going and have questions and offers

Yay! My fiance said we may be able to take a day trip to the MK at WDW next week once he looks over our funds later tonight (or early tomorrow morn....he works night shift). I have some questions and offers. First, about the insider tour. I have a coupon from my hidden mickey quest, but my fiance does not have one. Do they allow "guests", meaning two ppl can get in on one coupon, or could I copy it, or does he have to do the quest himself and get his own coupon to be able to go? And if so, do you still get it for finding HMs in VMK? If not, how else could he get one?

Ok besides that:

I already have two tent room codes that we are redeeming from cteddiesgirl, one for her and one for me. If anyone else has something they want to redeem, (like a HM room code ) let me know.

Especially if you have two and want to give me one .

I can redeem anything for anyone, just keep in mind that since one person can only redeem one code for a particular thing every 30 or 90 days or whatever, I will only be able to get two of each (since my man and I are the only ones going).

So Tent rooms are covered. Anything else, let me know on this thread. First to post gets it. I don't have anything of my own to redeem except for the tour and the tent room given by cteddiesgirl, and a bracelet from her also.

Another question: I heard the tour can sometimes be booked and you have to wait a few days. We are only going one day. Any suggestions of how I can ensure that we will get to tour on that day? Can you call ahead or anything? We can go either Wed. or Thurs. and if the tour is full on one day, we will go on the other. I want to know if I can find out without actually buying my ticket and going to VMK central, only to find out there are not slots that day, but the next day

Help me if you can and gimme your codes to redeem if you want!

1. Yes, you can bring a guest on the tour.

2. Bring the Hidden Mickey Tour coupon to City Hall first thing in the morning.
You shouldn't have a problem taking a slot in either the 12:30pm or
4:30pm tours. Just be sure to get to VMK Central (the Cinema on Main
Street) 15 minutes early.

3. Go to VMK Central to pick up your Quest cards. There will be 3 of them:
Frontierland, Adventureland, and Fantasyland. Be sure you use fiance
to fill out extra Quest cards, as each PERSON gets prizes. They will
scan your park ticket when you turn in your cards.

4. If you want some help with the Quests, print out the answers here
ahead of time. You don't have to use the answers unless you get stuck,
so it's helpful to have them.

5. Tomorrowland Quest cards are not available, so be sure to print them
out at home before you go!

6. Haunted Mansion room codes are Quest Tour prizes, not .pdf files to
exchange. However, because the HM is going to be down for
refurbishment, you MIGHT have Pirate quest stuff instead. (Don't count
that as fact yet. But that's my theory for now.) You may or may not
get HM prizes. You'll have to let us know.

Mia,I don't 'have'to have quest stuff.Its just if you want to.

I suggest printing out Mal's guide to take with you.It has the trivia answers.Which are valuble.You could get the life-style collection from Jungle cruise!

when i went to DLR, i really wanted spooky and tent room, so i did this for a week:

1. First wake up as soon as VMK opens. (Not many of the good game players are awake yet)
2. Then, play Jungle Cruise. Play the first two rooms only, and click all you can. In the second room, crash into walls so it will save your score and. . POOF! Tent room!
3. Then, play pirates. Take your time on this one, but be sure to hurry and attack them so your game will end sooner. And WHAM! spooky magic.
4. Of course i am lazy, so i think these should still work, even though i want three months ago.
5. have fun in WDW!

Thanks for the tips. However, I already have two tent room codes to redeem that cteddiesgirl is giving me, and we can only redeem two since there are two of us going (feels good to be able to say "two" and not "too" )

After the 90 days (actually it says 30 on the PDF's she sent me) I may try and win my own so I can gift them. Like I've said before, if we can afford to, my fiance and I are getting ourselves annual passes for Christmas and after that, I should be making day trips just for VMK junk! LOL.
Oh, and I got the invisible or "spooky" magic in a trade. I stink at that game and do not have the patience or skills to last 10 rounds of each level. My finace is working on it though, I'm hoping he can win more than one so he can give me one and I will have extra invisibility
I've never had two of the same magic pin and I want to "combine".

Ok I don't know how many characters each person is allowed to create in the park....but I'm guessing only one. I will give my black mickey ears to the first one that asked since I have a pair. If you can create more than one, I will do several and so will my fiance for you guys. But somehow, I'm betting you can only make one per ticket/person. Anyone know? BobRichmond?

Also can the "born in park" badge be traded to my main character or to others?

Tinkamay from NY and I popped int MK for a VMK day (without children) yesterday while she was visiting. VMK was very empty at 10am and I made 4 characters and Tink made 6 for her family. We went back in the evening after I picked DD up from school and Tink made 4 more for her brothers family and my DD made two.

We were like two kids buying hats and candy and pins to get our stuff! Can't wait to give my character her gold ears! We got multiple cards with each purchase! I was too pooped last night to load the codes.

We will go back another day (DD and I) to do the Insider tour and Tink will go with her family when they visit in Jan. I think you sign up at City Hall, and join the tour at VMK (at least that was what Jarrod told us at VMK - he was very helpful with info)

Back to "real" life today. It was fun taking a MK day!!!!
