WDW needs a people mover

A peoplemover would probably cost as much per mile as a monorail like Disney's.

I believe a peoplemover would only be needed in the downtown Disney area, simply as an alternative to the one and only way in and out -- automobile clogged Buena Vista Drive. The buses do a good job elsewhere.

Because there are no personnel needed at each station, each bus is automated, the only personnel they may have and I don't think they even have this is someone watching a video monitor, no-one to run the bus or open or close doors.

A monorail driver told me that the plans for an Animal Kingdom monorail are ready. The construction was ready to start when Eisner pulled the funds for "other uses."

I did not pull funds. The rumors of expanding the monorail to AK are just that -- rumors. Remember to buy the kiddies some souveniers!

M. Eisner, I find your little PETA joke to be very distasteful. It does NOT belong on a family-oriented site such as the DIS. :(
