WDW - Middle of March?

I'm thinking of going to WDW March 17 - 24, are the prices outrageous?
Will the parks be very crowded? I guess I am looking at value or moderate with (hopefully) an AP discount. Swan/Dolphin is a possibility since I am a government worker. Any help would be appreciated.

We always travel to Disney around the middle of March. You are going during peak season so everything is pricey! The crowds are large, especially if you go closer to Easter (I'm not sure when Easter falls next year!) Crowds seem to be large almost anytime of the year now, so I wouldn't let that deter you!

I have stayed at disney during March and plan to again this coming up March!! Last time i went was around March 17th... It was busy but i have seen with alot more people. Prices are high but just keep looking for discounts... we got lucky when we went last time through Expedia we got a package and ended up getting a airfare, hotel( all star sports) and hopper passes with water parks and pleasure island for about 500.00 a piece. ... that was back in 2003.. haven't been able to find a deal like that since.... Keep checking rates... they should go down... if now look at aaa i got a price of 107 a night from March 22-28

Easter is in April, but that does fall in spring break time. I usually go in March...I think it will only be really bad on the weekends. You just have to keep checking. If you have an AP you can check the BRP and see what the current rates are (I would for you but mine expires on MArch 20th). You sohould be able to get a good SWA air ticket. Cars might be a little more expensive, so try to do with out and use ME and rent a car for one day if needed.
