WDW Merchandise Number

When we were in WDW in July I bought my son a Stitch ornament for Christmas. I just opened the bag and unwrapped the ornament from the tissue. He is missing an ear! I don't know how I missed it in the store. I looked all around to make sure that the ear didn't break and fall off in my care, but it is no where to be found.

Does anybody know a phone number for WDW merchandise? Do you think they would replace it or should I cut my losses?
