WDW Memory Maker Question

Hey! We have been to Disney several times and this year is our first year going for 2 weeks! It's also the year I have decided to pop the question! Wooo!! My question is I want to do it on Main Street in front of the castle to see the castle in the background and was hoping a memory maker photographer could capture the moment. We already have memory maker purchased but I'm curious if there ok with people doing this or is it something that's uncomfortable or they don't like doing? I know it may sound dumb but I just want to make sure that most have no problem capturing the moment.

Yes, the will take pictures for you. WDW is absolutely okay with this - I have even seen a link of the WDW website for people who are planning to propose at WDW. I believe they will help you plan dinner and you can actually hire a photographer to follow you around and make sure you get great pictures. I would suggest calling WDW to see exactly what they can help with. Congrats!!

You can do it without problem. We have seen it happen many times. Often, the gentleman decides to pop the question in front of the Walt and Mickey statue close to the castle. There will be a couple of photographers there. Just get in line, if there is one, and do you thing. You should be able to speak to the photographer for a moment if you want to let them in on it too. Though once you do it, they should be willing to take additional photos. I've witnessed them do this too

Or you can plan something more elaborate, as PP suggests. There are a lot of options for certain

Yup, absolutely. I saw a man propose near Mexico just before Illuminations, and there were at least two photopass photographers there.
