WDW Marketing is so screwed up

So DH gets a pin emailed to him this AM. I call ready to book, and they tell me the pin is for his mother (who went to WDW with us years ago, but has never booked on her own). There is no name in the email (except for DH's email address).

I also got a code today for the Kids stay and play free (or something like that). We don't have kids. It's probably meant for my sister in law.

What a mess.
