WDW Marathon Weekend Accomodations

Do any of you know of any off-site hotels that have a special
for the WDW Marathon...with transportation, etc.?

I have a good friend who is running in it, but the only hotels
in WDW are Deluxes at premium rates. Any good ideas for
her?

I'm just bumping this to see if your friend or anyone else has come up with accommodations for the marathon weekend. I'm in the same boat as your friend, but I got a rental car.

I'm cool with carpooling! Not so much sharing a room, though.

I'm staying off-site for marathon weekend. I'm running the goofy (despite not training at all and knowing I'm probably going to DNF, or at least DLF). If anyone needs a carpool, we've got two extra seats. PM me, I don't check this board as often.
