If you're looking for guides to WDW, here are some:
Birnbaum's Official Guide to Walt Disney World: Very up-beat, lots of color pictures, and not very much useful information beyond descriptions of rides. Very up-beat.
Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World: A huge tome that details how to get the most out of WDW. Oriented toward commando touring, and makes no bones about problems (perceived and/or real) at WDW.
Walt Disney World Passporter: A spiral bound (or, in the Deluxe version, three-ring bound) guidebook to everything WDW, oriented toward people planning a trip. Includes color maps of all the parks.
More appropriate stocking stuffers would be the "Imagineer's Guide to..." series (they have the ones for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney's Animal Kingdom currently available; the one for Disney Studios is expected within the next couple of years).
Another fun stocking stuffer would be the books on Hidden Mickeys, which explain how to find the many, many tri-circle mickey heads "hidden" around the World.
