WDW in March???

We went the first week of March 2003. It was great!! Crowds were low and the weather was wonderful. There were a couple days of cooler temps and rain, but we still wore shorts and t-shirts the entire time. And we were able to swim a few times no problem. We had planned to go the first week or March next year too, but decided to save a few pennies and move our trip into early/mid Feb...Value Season. :teeth:

OK...I like your thinking. How is the weather in February? I just looked at the rates and it will save us a bunch of money to leave 2/16...we also have AP's and hope some rates will come out for that time.art:D

Here's some weather info.: WDW Weather

We are preparing for ANY kind of weather. Cold, hot, sunny and rainy. From what I've learned, February weather can vary quite a bit.

In case you don't know... The Value Season ends on Feb. 16th, so make sure you check in that day and you'll get that rate for your entire stay! :)

Check out the "Who's going in February" thread on this board as well. :)

Good luck deciding! :sunny:

I was there this March, almost the same dates you specified.

Weather was wonderful during the day, shorts and t-shirts. The evenings were a bit cooler but being from New England, I was fine with the cooler temps because they were much warmer than home.

Attendance was pretty low. I never have the occasion to use FastPass for anything other than Peter Pan's flight and this trip was no exception.

We stayed at Old Key West. The place was very quiet. I should mention that this was our college spring break trip but we didn't run into many other spring breakers. I've heard they show up a week later or two later.
